Facilities need significant upgrades!!! Cleanliness feels questionable, especially the bathrooms!!!

The hotel location was convenient and great to Race Track. The room with 2 beds.

Nothing it is perfect!

they offered brand-new and neat rooms with a computer, a notepad, queen beds. a shower and a hairdryer were available there. location: the hotel was close to restaurants and a gas station, and an industrial port area. i was pleased with great service.

The location is solid, and the pricing is budget-friendly. The staff is friendly, and I enjoyed the enjoyable shower temperatures!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was less than ideal. I found the bathroom particularly dirty, and my room had an unpleasant odor.

The hotel's proximity to LSU Tiger Stadium and the beautiful Magnolia Mound Plantation made my walks around the area so enjoyable, allowing me to soak up the local culture and history while the staff were friendly and helpful, making my time here even better.

Waking up to the fine view of the Mississippi River was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was inconsistent. The carpets felt sticky underfoot, quite irritating.

The room was pretty comfy overall. The bathroom could use a deep clean. The grout around the toilet looked nasty, and there were sweat stains on the doors. Plus, it had a weird smell when I first walked in. The TV remote didn't work, a bummer. Though, the friendly staff and good location helped balance things out a bit.
