Facilities need significant upgrades!!! Cleanliness feels questionable, especially the bathrooms!!! A thorough renovation is overdue to enhance guest comfort and safety, as the outdated appearance could deter many potential visitors!!!

The location is solid, and the pricing is budget-friendly. The staff is friendly, and I enjoyed the enjoyable shower temperatures! !

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was less than ideal. I found the bathroom particularly dirty, and my room had an unpleasant odor.

the hotel's proximity to LSU Tiger Stadium and the beautiful Magnolia Mound Plantation made my walks around the area so enjoyable, allowing me to soak up the local culture and history during my stay while the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my time here even better.

Plus, it had a weird smell when I first walked in. The TV remote didn't work, which was a bummer. Though, the friendly staff and good location helped balance things out a bit.
